The location of the hotel may not be ideal for everyone, but it is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. the vintage look of the rooms adds a cozy touch, making it feel like you're right at home. the shared bathroom is not an issue if you are the only guest, and the owner ensures it is always clean. the generous breakfast, prepared by the host, is a great way to start your day. Plus, if you have a car, it's easy to explore the nearby Châteaux.
There is one negative aspect to consider, but it doesn't overshadow the positive experience.

The owner was so kind and stayed up late to check me in. The room was spotless and had a charming vintage feel that made it cozy. The bed was super comfy, and I had a great night's sleep. The shared bathroom was not an issue as I was the only guest. The shared kitchen and living area gave off a homey vibe, making me feel relaxed and at ease. The location might be subjective, but it was perfect for me as I wanted a peaceful retreat. this place is perfect for big groups or families.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast prepared by the host was delicious.

Spent Christmas at this charming place and I immediately fell in love with the vintage look of the room. The owner was very accommodating and friendly, even waited for us late at night for check-in. The bed was super comfy and just what we needed for a goodnight’s sleep after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and served generously by the host. I also enjoyed the shared living area where we could mingle with other guests, it felt like being in a home away from home. The location was perfect for us, just a short drive away from the Châteaux in the region.
Truth be told, the location might not be ideal if you prefer to be in the heart of the city, but we found it peaceful and perfect for a retreat. , the bathroom being a shared one might not appeal to some people, but during our stay, we were the only guests so we didn’t have any issues with that.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, waiting for us late in the evening to check us in. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with a charming vintage decor that made it feel cozy. The bed was comfortable and provided a relaxing night's sleep. While the bathroom was shared, we were the only guests during our stay, so we had it all to ourselves. Additionally, the shared kitchen and living area had a homely feel, making us feel right at home. The location, although a bit far, was subjective depending on your preferences. It offered a peaceful retreat, perfect for large groups or families. The breakfast prepared by the staff was generous in serving size and tasted amazing. Having a car made it easy for us to explore and visit various Châteaux in the area.
No complaints.
